How do we clean your windows:
There are many steps to washing a window, but here is what you need to know:
The best method for cleaning windows requires getting as close as possible to each window in order to wash and inspect each window thoroughly.
This requires long ladders, short ladder and getting low for the basement windows.
When we clean a window, the surrounding frame and screen are always washed as well.
If you have your interior windows washed, we open the window and clean the track.
To clean the glass itself, we use special streak-free glass cleaner, a strip washer, industrial squeegees, specialty razors and microfiber clothes.
Each window is inspected, before moving to the next, and if its not perfectly clean, we do it again scrubbing and scraping anything that was left behind!
How we clean your gutters:
1) Using a few hand tools, we first remove large obstructions like leaves, sticks and clumps of dirt.
2) (Optional) We use clean water to flush out all the remaining little stuff, like asphalt dust and dirt that weighs down, and clogs up your eavestroughs.
3) Clear out all the elbows and down spouts with water and a snake, then flush them out with clean water to ensure they are flowing smoothly.
4) (Optional) Once the insides are clean and flowing smoothly, we can clean the outside of the gutters.
Once this is complete, we clean up any debris that fell from your roof or eaves.
Optional Cleaning :
Over time dirt and grim can accumulate on the outside of your gutters.
For an additional fee we can ensure your gutters look great on the outside by cleaning them with our brush or rag (depending on the situation).
You will be shocked at the difference this can make to the appearance of your home and its curb appeal!
We inspect your gutters as we clean, looking for any issues we can quickly fix, or to bring to your attention if it is a more serious repair.
